Home Birth Midwifery Care

The ultimate care for those who want to welcome their baby in their own space. This is full-service care from the first positive test to your baby’s first birthday.

Prenatal Care (The Build-Up)

* Home Visits: We come to you. Monthly until 28 weeks, bi-weekly until 36 weeks, and weekly until your baby arrives.

* The Check-up: We monitor blood pressure, weight, and the baby’s heartbeat while focusing on nutrition and education.

* 24/7 Support: On-call support starts at 38 weeks, plus text/call check-ins whenever you need to talk.

Labor & Delivery (The Big Day)

* Active Support: We’re by your side starting at 6cm dilation and stay 2–4 hours after birth.

* Safety First: We monitor vitals for you and your baby and perform a full newborn exam.

* Family Centered: We make sure your support system is involved, and the environment feels safe.

Postpartum Care (The Aftercare)

* The "Fourth Trimester" & Beyond: Home visits at 24 hours, 1 week, and then regular check-ins all the way to 12 months.

* Whole-Person Health: Emotional support, lactation help, and referrals for pelvic floor therapy.

* Baby Wellness: Newborn care up to 6 weeks and optional developmental screenings.

Hospital Support (Collaborative Care)

If a hospital birth is your plan (or becomes the best option), you don't have to go it alone. We offer professional advocacy and support while you work with the hospital medical team.

* Option 1: Prenatal and Postpartum care only.

* Option 2: Full support, including being by your side in the hospital during active labor and a newborn exam within 12 hours of birth.

Beyond Birth: Wellness & More

We care about your health at every stage of life, not just during pregnancy.

* Well-Person Care: STI testing, birth control education, HPV screenings, and fertility support.

* Life Transitions: Support for perimenopause and menopause.

* Access Consciousness Bars: Specialized energy work to help with stress relief and mental clarity.

* Pediatric Support: Through our partnership with Nestling Therapy Services, we offer developmental screenings and Occupational Therapy for kids and young adults up to age 21.
